No one falls in love by choice, you have to take a chance thats why you never give up on someone you cant live a day without thinking about them.
no one stays in love by chance, it is by work and trying with all your heart.
even if you have to pretend to be happy when your heart is broken, its worth it in the end.
and no one falls out of love by chance, it is by choice when the person you fall for wont catch you...

I really liked the first and last lines. You brought it all to a perfect close. And I loved the theme of chance and choice. Especially talking about love. My only advice is to make your poem more organized and presentable. (Capitalize your first lines, cut the lines to not look like a story, but more like a poem.) Other than that, very good job!
